Day with the Boys
I love it when we get calls from a father wanting to take photos with their kids. Capturing that special bond and giving them those images means so much to me as a father myself. Working with Uwa and his family was so much fun. They chose to coordinate with matching dashikis. This showcased their culture and is important to have when passing memories of who your family is and where you come from. Ocean Reef Park is one of those locations that offer great versatility. It has park elements and a wonderful beach. The weather was great. His boys were a joy to photograph. We always hear parents talk about how siblings are always fighting. It's great to have captured the loving moments between them, for his sons to look back on.
Who doesn't love a fun day at the beach? Often times these are some of the family moments we look forward to and remember the most. Making sessions into mini experiences is what we always strive for. The boys raced together to their dad with tons of laughter. Kids enjoy being kids and having fun during these sessions. Although it was a Daddy and Me session, we were able to get a few images with his girlfriend who was there with them. With many beaches in Florida, there were a lot of people there that day. In the last image, you would have never guessed there were a bunch of people that had gathered by the shoreline in front of them. (You can check that out on our Instagram Before & After highlight).
